Due to the handcrafted nature of create our premium photo books, the Prima Albums team requires 10-15 days to produce each book. While the market can certainly offer many a mass-produced photo album, our brand ethos is to take every care possible as you entrust us to capture these moments of your life. We take great pride in each and every order and our lead times only reflect our impeccable standards.

Absolutely. We offer both a photo scanning service and a photo restoration service, which you read about here. Your photographs are incredibly important to us, and we will endeavour to return them as safely as possible once finished with.

Absolutely – customer satisfaction is fundamental during every step of the process, so prior to the team getting to work in the workshop, you will receive a digital proof of you premium photo book to check and officially approve. Once you have given the go ahead, the process handcrafting your book will begin.
