The approach here by the talented workshop is to marry the craftsmanship of the past, with the technology of today.

Crafting Premium Photo Books with Care: Our 10-15 Day Production Time Ensures Impeccable Quality
At Prima Albums, we're committed to preserving the moments that matter most to you. Our premium photo books are a testament to this dedication, and their handcrafted nature demands the utmost care and attention. While the market offers mass-produced alternatives, we take pride in upholding impeccable standards.
Our 10-15 day production time is a reflection of the care and craftsmanship that goes into each and every order. We believe in bridging the gap between traditional processes and modernity without harming our planet's potential. That's why everything we produce is handmade to order in a British workshop, ensuring that each album is a truly unique masterpiece with an exceptional finish."
Proof checking
To ensure the perfect finish, your premium album is inspected by at least seven members of the team during production. If any member is unsure about any aspect of your order, you will be contacted personally to confirm.
While we cannot guarantee that we will spot mishaps in your photographs, they will do the very best. Previously they have picked up mistakes including misspelled names, duplicate images and Photoshop errors. Proof of the teams discerning eye was spotting an album date cover was different to the date showing on the order of service in an wedding image.
Sustainability
There is a great responsibility to minimise the impact on the environment in whatever way possible, the workshop continually review how the studio is working and look for new innovations within the manufacturing process.
Here are some ways the process remains sustainably and environmentally conscious:
The production process is powered by green electricity, which is entirely from renewable sources
95% of waste is recycled and general waste contributes to generating green energy.
The production workshop is heavily insulated, climate controlled and uses low-energy LED lighting throughout
100% recycled stationery is used.
All materials come from sustainable sources and, where possible, are 100% recycled (the leather is produced in the EU to strict REACH standards)
Packaging
The aim is for the packaging to leave no trace, with recycled and recyclable materials used as frequently as possible, as well as severely limiting our use of plastic.
The packaging supplier is in line with our brand ethos, not only including the supply of 100% recycled cardboard, but the use of solar panels to generate their own electricity. They also house a state-of-the-art energy efficient compressor and waste extraction system to bales waste for resale.
There is a continued search for other suppliers who can also help reach the workshops responsibility goals.
